Experience
We have over 10 years of experience working in computer repairs and network support, helping to support various schools with their ever changing IT needs.
Currently, we provide non-profit repairs to a local Stockport Charity, Renewal North West, as a way of expressing our Christian faith, helping those who are in need of support. Our work helps the charity stay self financing as they receive no government support or financial grants.
Doing this work on a regular basis has helped us build a vast knowledge of a wide range of PC and Laptop problems and how to repair them quickly and conveniently at your home, the very same day.

*No call out fee is subject to the fail to fix terms
**Fail to fix is free when the engineer is unable to resolve the fault. If the fault is repairable but requires replacement parts and the customer declines the repair, then a minimum fee of £30 is payable.
Guarantee
We guarantee all our repairs for 30 days. Should our repair fail we guarantee to repeat the repair and perform extra diagnostics in order to prevent any further problems. This guarantee is offered for a minimum 2 hour period (any further time required is charged at the regular half-hourly rate) where we will do our very best to fix your computer.
Refunds
Refunds are at the discretion of the attending engineer. We do our very best to treat all of our customers fairly and endeavor to give refunds where our service fails to meet our promised standards. The decisions made regarding refunds are final.
